Transport

Amongst key activities in the transport domain, Tero’s team lead the formulation of strategies on innovation introduction in the public transport, fostering a structural change in the approach of the key stakeholders towards the innovation through active involvement and engagement. We have also contributed to the development of innovative concepts in public transport, mobility and ITS sectors, applying collective intelligence and co-creation processes pivoting on in-depth market research. We have further worked on the economic and ecosystem aspects of complex domains such as ITS and C-ITS, researching and developing new business models following tailored Value Network methodologies to gain knowledge on where value lies in a network, while setting the ground for the creation of a systemic approach for business modelling. And we have also worked on impact assessment and adaptation of the transport sector from climate change and extreme weather events.

Our expertise covers the following:

  • Innovative Business Modelling
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Market research and forecasts
  • Marketing research and experimentation
  • Technology screening
  • Big data investment analysis
  • IT solution development for mobility management
